I don't like being evaluated based on my performance. People who fit the values of the HR department and the company are evaluated.

The HR department may not understand, but there are some things that only I can do.

Without that understanding, I wouldn't be happy if I was evaluated highly. I've long since gone beyond being a simple office worker.
